I am currently looking for a home care aid that is comfortable with palliative home care. My mother has stage 4 pancreatic cancer and is in need of a careing and gentle individual to help brighten her day. Duties would be focused on her care and light cooking, light house work and pet assistance. My sister and I have been her care giver for the last few months and due to circumstances we are unable to continue her care full time. We are looking for someone who can fill in the gaps of when we are unable to be there and have a room ready for a live in care giver. My mom would love to be able to stay at home but if we can not find the right person she will have to go to hospice soon.
