Hi there my name is Greg. I have just finished building a brand new, 14,000 sq foot house at Yonge and Lawrence. I am in need of a live-in housekeeper/cook to assist with meal preparation, tidying up and otherwise maintaining the every-day operations of the house. Salary range is between $40,000 - $47,000 annually. Accommodations in a brand new "nanny-suite" will also be provided. Duties include taking care of all housekeeping responsibilities (professional cleaners will be hired to clean the home on a regular basis), walking my two large dogs and taking care of two cats (so must be dog and cat friendly), running errands, preparing healthy meals for breakfast lunch and dinner, laundry, grocery shopping, sorting the mail, etc. I also have three older children (18, 17 and 10) who stay with me on a part-time basis. At times, they will need to be driven to activities/sporting events. A car will be provided, so a valid driver's license and good driving record is a must. This is a full-time, live-in role, working Monday to Friday and starting at 7:00 a.m. The successful candidate must have prior experience as a live-in housekeeper, nanny or cook and be prepared to provide references as well as complete a criminal background check.
