I am looking for a caregiver for my mother. In particular I would need casual availability for approximately 11::30 to 1:30 Monday to Friday. Duties would be assistance with toiletting and washing up and transfer from bed to wheelchair. You must have experience with dementia and be comfortable with personal care including pericare and incontinence. I do require that you have experience with dementia and that you have a gentle soft spoken manner as this works best for my Mom. You must be kind and have patience. You must have experience with ADL's either through work in a facility, community or practicum. As this is a Homecare position, companionship skills would be required.
