Caregivers With Hearts is seeking to fill the position of a Personal Support Worker who is able to assist one of our long term clients in the Whitby area of Durham Region (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). The scope of this job includes and is not limited to care in the areas of Alzheimer’s dementia care, patient lifting & transfer, colostomy care, range of motion exercise, basic wound care, incontinence (diaper) care, assistance with feeding.
