My husband and I are looking for a caregiver starting Dec 2019/Jan 2020 with earlier trial days to see if we mesh. Our daughter Scarlett will be 1 year old by that time. We have irregular schedules so the number of hours weekly will vary as well as time of day and we will need the occasional overnight. I am a nurse and my husband works in hospitality.
