I run a busy day home in Chestermere, Alberta. I am looking to hire a child care assistant, who has experience working with children from ages 1 to 7 yr olds. Preference will be given to applicants having ECE Level 1 certificate.Kind and nurturing personality with ability to multitask is some of the key traits I am looking for the successful candidate. The job would require following duties: 1) Observe and Monitor children activities. 2)Keep records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities, meals served, and medications administered. 3)Instruct and assist children in health and personal well being. Such as eating,resting and toilet tasks. 4)Routine scheduled diaper change and potty training. 5)Daily Exercise/Yoga activities with children 6)Story telling, song/poem, painting, drawing and handicrafts. 6) Organize and participate in recreational activities, such as games. 7) Assist in preparing children food. 8) Daily routine cleaning of day home including toilet.
