Looking for a childcare/domestic support worker that can support us with child-care needs for a 5 year old autistic boy. Child attends daycare during the day so this is an ideal part-time opportunity for someone looking for evening and weekend hours. Looking for at least 30hrs/wk commitment (weekdays: 4.30p.m-9p.m and weekends:10 a.m-4p.m) and may potentially increase to 40 hours/week. Pay is between $18-$22/hr. Would like a domestic helper with at least 1 year of childcare experience and has knowledge of child development. Personal Attributes: - patient - kind - flexible - hardworking - good time management - ability to multitask Duties: - Attend to child's needs i.e feeding, bathing, diaper changes, etc - Engage child with stimulating activities that can support his development. - Driver license and able to swim are a plus. - Provide domestic support i.e laundry, light house-keeping activities.
