We have one 9 month old daughter and another baby on the way in the next 6-7 months. We are applying for LMIA and will be looking into sponsoring someone, but that process will take sometime. In the meantime, we still need some help. For the next 6-8 months, we need at least 3 full days/week, but we prefer 5days/week. My mom is living with us to help with the baby, so we don't need just babysitting, we need a nanny that is willing to clean the house, do laundry, cook meals, and take care of the baby as needed. I need someone to be available 8-12 hours a day, but there is not that much work everyday. My expectation is that you would only work about 6 hours a day, maybe less, but I still need someone to be with us for most of the day and be available to work as needed. I don't want to spend more than $450/week, so your hours of work/day need to be adjusted accordingly, but if you want to stay with us as a live-in nanny, I would be happy to offer a room with a private bathroom at no cost. Of course, we would love to help out more as needed, but as far as salary expectations, I would like to keep it between $450-$500/week (for exceptional candidates).
