I am looking for help mostly on week nights and weekends with my son that will turn 1 in June. The hours will be very casual at first but could progress into a more consistent schedule. I am preparing to go back to work full time at the end of May, and my husband does shift work so I anticipate that come June we will have more of a set schedule in place. I am looking for some flexibility as my husband receives his schedule one month at a time, and does not receive his schedule until the 21st of the month prior. So we would not be able to set the hours for childcare until this comes out each month. If the arrangement works out well for both of us I am hoping for this to turn into babysitting as well. Duties will include watching our son primarily, but I would ask that light household duties be performed as well (time permitting, childcare is the priority). This could include helping prepare dinner, tidying up after child, and helping with bed time to name a few.
