We have 2 separate child care needs, which can be fulfilled by 1 or 2 person. Preference would be given to a person who can cover both of our needs, but we're also definitely open to working with 2 people. Our son goes to a new day care starting September, and their schedule doesn't work too well with ours. We need a person who would pick up our son from daycare between ~5.30-6pm and bring him home. It's a short 5 minutes drive, and you would need to have your own vehicle. After that you're free to go (Niels can be left home with his older brother). The most important aspect of this role is consistency and responsibility. You would need to be doing it 5 days/week, in most cases we won't be available to substitute you (though some pre-arranged days off are possible). While the whole ordeal shouldn't be taking more than 10-15 minutes, we can agree on longer time every evening, if you have a minimum of time you're willing to work. We're also open to other payment arrangements -- what's most important to us is to find someone who can commit to be doing it for at least few months (and ideally a year from Sept 2019 till Sept 2020). Second role is an occasional evening/weekend babysitter. For example picking up our son from daycare and staying home with him till late evening (most likely on some Fridays), or coming over on a weekend for a few hours in the evening. You'd still need a car for that though. Again, ideally the same person would be able to do both. But if you only can do one or the other, please get in touch!
