Our family is looking for a reliable, flexible, caring, full-time, live out housekeeper/child minder to look after the household including childcare responsibilities (5 and 8 yr old daughters). The position requires someone with a reasonably flexible schedule, a current driver’s license, must have held a job with these responsibilities before and are good with kids. The role includes: - Keeping the house tidy (with assistance of kids) - Keeping kitchen clean - Walking the dog - Driving and walking kids to and from school and to activities - Laundry (with assistance of kids) - Ironing - Making Dinner (with assistance of kids where appropriate) - Providing child supervision and guidance e.g. polite behavior - Organizing outings e.g. zoo, playground and initiating learning activities e.g. puzzles, practicing alphabet - Coordinating playdates - On rare occasions, assistance with errands e.g. picking up dry cleaning or filling the car with gas
