The job is a permanent full time about 44 hours a week, child care for a 7 years old boy on autism spectrum and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as well. Travel with family on trips and care for pets. Specific Skills include: Bathe, dress and feed the child, discipline the child according to the methods requested by the parents, keep records of daily activities and health information regarding the child, maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, tend to emotional well-being of children, instruct the child in personal hygiene and social development, organize activities such as games and outings for the child, prepare and serve nutritious meals, supervise and care for the child.  The caregiver should be trained and work with the child's behaviour intervention team,  being responsible, initiative, energetic, creative and patient, strong play skills. Applicants must good at English speaking, graduated high school or equivalent, have a clear criminal record check, medical exam, driving record check (abstract), and reference required.  Working experience of child care must be at least 3 years.   We give priority to the applicant who has experience with special needs children with Autism, ADHD, allergies, Tourette's syndrome.
