I have a daughter who is 16 and twins who are 10. They are pretty independent. But need guidance and structure. My daughter is very private person. Doesn’t really like people asking her things about her personal life so unless you build A relationship with her and she opens up then it’s best to just leave her and try to build that Slowly. She’s a great help but I also want her to not have as much responsibility. Obviously she needs to help but she has been watching Them. So I want to take that away for her. The boys are very good. They need reminding To do chores and pick up after themselves. With consistency they will get back into routine. Right now things have been hectic. I would need help cleaning, Organizing, laundry, cooking, homework, taking them to sports etc The kids are in school all day. Summer Hours will be longer because they are home. Would Like if you could keep it interesting for them. Any expenses for driving I would reimburse etc I am looking for a live in Nanny my hours as very hectic. I need overnights etc when I work out of the country and night shifts. You get every other weekend off and if I go for like a month when I get back I’ll give at least 8 days off with pay. One week pay. That works out two consecutive days off a week. Also, I’m pretty flexible as well. I am self employed so that gives me some flexibility. room Comes with internet and if you want a tv I can get one for that space. Bedroom set is brand new never used.
