My family of 5 requires a full time nanny. Both parents work extreme shift work therefore we often don't know our upcoming schedule because of this we pay a guaranteed 40 hours although quite often our nanny puts in a 25 or 30 hour week. We have a house cleaner but in September all 3 kids will be at school so that role will fall on the nanny. This job may suit someone going to TRU as the children will all be at school come September and the help will only be required after school, in the morning, overnight etc. The room for the nanny is in our newly refurbished basement, queen bed and private bathroom for overnight stays. Must be a good swimmer.
