Require Personal Support Worker to accompany client for Dialysis treatment. No driving required. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 530 pm to 1030pm Duties: Some light housekeeping and meal preparation. Assist patient on and off Wheel Trans. Assist patient to dialysis unit. Help patient get weight. Record weight, blood pressure and other information into journal. After dialysis assist patient with walker and weight. Assist patient to Wheel Trans. Once home assist patient with getting ready for bed. Patient uses walker and is blind. Candidate must have some medical knowledge and or experience in a dialysis setting.Must have PSW certificate, police check, etc.
