Looking for someone to start immediately and help take care of our 2 young children, keep the house clean, and help prepare meals on some days. Must be comfortable with and like dogs, as we have 2 small dogs. Must have drivers license and own vehicle to get to and from work as out place is not easily accessible by transit. Here are some of the MUST HAVE traits for this position: 1. We are looking to hire someone with life experience that would be like another mom/grandma to our children, not a babysitter role. 2. Being able to identify and prioritize what needs to be done around the house without needing to be told all the time. 3. MUST be reliable and on time for all scheduled shifts. 4. Have great attention to detail and be thorough. 5. Must be loving, nurturing and very involved with the children. Able to create fun activities for them and keep them engaged and mentally stimulated. We are a family that embraces different cultures, so someone that speaks a second language and can expose the children to another culture would be preferred, but it's not a must.
