42 year old male with ALS is looking for a care giver with their Health Care Aide Certificate and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a care giver to help with weekday evening care, Monday to Friday evenings from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Needs to have experience with mechanical transfers, g-tube and regular feeding, Ventilatior assistance and care, cough assist and suction machines, medication administration, toileting, dressing and undressing.
