Needing a reliable part-time nanny in Cochrane, Alberta to look after one happy, easy going, funny and very communicative 26 month old. We are 2 honest and kind professionals and want someone who can be a trusted part of our family and who will help us continue to raise our son with the values and kindness that is important to us. Our current awesome nanny has found full time work in her chosen profession and so we are sadly losing her and needing to find someone else. To start we're looking for afternoons (12-5pm or something similar) for 3-4 days a week (T-F). Personal attributes sought include reliable, professional, respectful, kind, caring and empathetic, patient, and honest and truthful. A good knowledge of the English language is needed as well as strong communication skills. Tasks will include food prep and laundry for toddler, light house cleaning and meal prep for toddler. In addition the following will be needed: - up to date infant/child CPR training/certification or willingness to renew - A clear vulnerable sector and criminal records check - a valid drivers license and safe/reliable vehicle - early childhood education (preferred though not a must) - strong references from previous families.
