Hello / Bonjour / Hola, We are looking for help taking care of the house as well as watching our kids. We have two children, 7 and 9 years old, plus a cat. My husband works full-time, and I work part-time but am a shift-worker with a variable schedule. Availability from 3 to 6 on weekdays is important, but the schedule is flexible. We need about 20 hours/week. About us, we like to keep things simple and down-to-earth. The kids get almost zero screen time. We value gentle but firm discipline. We take trips to the mountain, the park, the library, and occasionally the biodome, with skating in the winter and swimming in the summer. The kids love to read and be read to, cook, do yoga, sing, run around, and dabble in every kind of craft activity.
