Hello! I am a solo mom of 2 wonderful boys ages 5 and 3. I work independently sometimes from home and sometimes from an office (in Sooke). Some of my care needs are a bit random but I will have a schedule well in advance. I have regular monthly meetings (both work and school) that I would love to set up with a regular caregiver. Most of my needs right now are for evening care but I will also be looking for care on Wednesday mornings (Depending on what I can find and what is offered). If I have to hire different people I will. Evening care would be with both children while Wednesday (morning) work would just be with my younger son. My 5 year old can be a bit challenging as he's active and bright but can be emotional and stubborn. He responds best to someone with enthusiasm and confidence. Childcare experience is important to me. Connection and relationship to the kids is also important to me. I have checked the "Car required" box in this ad but that is only for Wednesday care when my youngest would need to be taken to class/preschool. Evening care would be at my home and require bedtime routine and the flexibility to get home on your own when you're done.
