We are an active, health-orientated family searching for a live-out nanny for 40-45 hours/week for a 1 and 3 year old. One of the parents works from home and is home 75-80 of the time with the flexibility to provide some assistance throughout the day. In addition, we would expect help with light household duties which would include things such as: dishes, sweeping, tidying, folding laundry and assistance with meal preparation. We spend a lot of time outdoors with our children at the playground and in the garden. We do not have a TV and make an effort to read with our children and to encourage them to play independently and use their imagination. We are searching for someone who is gentle and patient but that feels comfortable disciplining poor behaviour.
