My husband and I are looking for a caring and engaging part-time nanny for our two little boys, starting now and going through May or possibly longer. The boys are two and four. We'd like to find someone with experience taking care of two or more small kids who is patient, creative, enjoys interacting with children and finding activities that fit their interests, including outdoors, is able to prepare basic meals and is comfortable with no screen time. We'd like approximately 18 hours of childcare a week, but can be flexible (less or more) for the right person. The work schedule is somewhat flexible but ideally the hours would be spread over 3 or 4 days, eg, Tuesday 8:30-2:30, Thursday 8:30-2:30, and another 6 hours on Monday or Friday. We live off of Pandosy south of the hospital and I will be working from a home office at the same time.
