Hi there, I have a sweet 22-month-old baby girl, which I'd love to get some help with. I'm pretty flexible in terms of part time hours, looking for help 4-5 times a week, 15-20hours in total, depending on your availability. We could do mostly mornings 9am-12pm, or couple of afternoons 3pm to 6pm, and possibly a day of 9am to 5pm in addition to mornings. My current baby sitter has been amazing but she's going back to Japan in the near future. My girl has really enjoyed some of the Japanese songs and language and I have been so happy learning more about the culture too, so it would be nice to have another Japanese baby sitter for her. We are open to meet the right candidate however even if she doesn't speak Japanese! I can offer $14-$15/hour depending on the experience and suitability. We can provide snacks/meals if you wish. I'm looking for someone who is: Kindhearted, sweet, gentle, and loves being around children (not just to do a job) Punctual and reliable, shows up on time and responds to messages promptly Can get started immediately Can help me with both babysitting and some light housekeeping Has experience working with 1-2year olds, and knows fun activities, songs, how to engage a toddler Can commit to at least 4 days a week regularly, for the next few months, to a year or more Can provide ID and police certificate if needed Has (ideally) First Aid and Infant CPR training Has a work permit already I have my own business and work mostly from home, so I can help with anything you don't know. I would love to have someone entertain and take care of my girl, while I get work done, or run some errands. Is this something you'd be interested in?
