You will be providing personal care in the home of a fun loving 28 year old young lady with developmental disabilities (cognitively age 2-6) and with medical challenges (knowledge of individuals with disabilities and diabetes knowledge is advantageous - but willingness to learn is essential). You will be job shadowed and “person” centre trained in this entry level job to provide her personalized care which also includes daily charting as you provide and follow her daily/shift detailed care plans, food prep, light housekeeping, and some computer of her charted daily activities. This is an ongoing permanent year round position. Will be: 1. Every Tuesday 5:00-10/11:30 pm 2. End of October will also include Thursday 5-11:00 When applying please confirm your availability to these shifts . Person suited to job will be: detailed orientated, have a good command of English, and able to follow directions given with a preset care plan. Well suited to someone with experience in serving, fast food or continuous on shift work environments - and a team player CRC and first aide necessary (can be obtained if chosen), plus be able to do without your cell phone when at this quiet no scent workplace. This workplace follows all Public Health Orders and Covid procedures are in place and followed.
