We are a young professional couple looking to hire a live-out full time nanny (Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm) for our son and daughter starting January 2020. Our son is 3 years old and in a morning pre-school program three days a week. Our daughter will be 1 at the end of December. Our kids are very happy, curious and love exploring the world around them. We have established a great routine for our kids and would love a nanny who will manage their routine along with maintaining some simple housekeeping. Most importantly we are looking for someone who will provide a fun and loving environment for our children! Required: -We would love a nanny who has Early Childhood Education training (ECE / ECA), but if not, you will have great skills with children. -First aid & CPR/AED training -Vulnerable sector police check preferred -G driver's license and has their own safe vehicle -Non-smoker -Comfortable with dogs, we have a very friendly 8 year old chocolate lab We are looking for someone who: -Has previous childcare experience, particularly caring for infants -Believes in learning through play & will plan educational activities, crafts & games -Enjoys the outdoors & will incorporate daily walks and or trips to the park -Is hardworking, reliable, honest, caring, loves children, and has a high energy level -Has excellent instincts when it comes to child care and will maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home -Will follow our direction on our children's routines and our parenting style Duties: -Supervise & care for our son & daughter -Engage in play and help our children develop in different areas -Prepare healthy snacks & meals -Light housekeeping (Maintain kitchen cleanliness, Vacuuming) -Light errands as directed
