Hello! We are a busy working family in need of a reliable self-starter who can help us with keeping our house tidy, meal prep (some cooking), as well as help out in the afternoons with childcare. Our kids are not in need of a full-time nanny, but rather, someone who can help guide them to become more autonomous - encouraging them to play, do arts and crafts, and help clean-up. Our son is in grade 1, and our daughter is in kindergarten, so they are in full-time school. When they are in school, some of those hours will be housekeeping duties. We value someone who is self-motivated, extremely organized, and who is one step ahead of us when we need something done in the house, whether it be cleaning out the fridge, or making sure the dog has food in his bowl (as examples). We are very friendly and the kids are happy young souls. Hours are flexible, but afternoons/evenings are the busiest times. The hours are flexible, but we would definitely need you to start at 2:30pm at the very latest. We will also need 2-3 references that can be verified, and a criminal record check.
