Hi! We are an LGBTQIA family with three kids (22 months, 7 yrs, and 10 yrs). We are looking for an after school nanny, Monday to Thursday, 3-5 or 5:30 p.m. We are big on reading, play, cuddling, outdoors, keeping things reasonably clean, eating home-made, prioritizing sleep, and having fun. We are not big on screen time. Homework is an unfortunate daily necessity in our kiddo's school, so you would be responsible for helping the older two with this task (simple for the eldest, more challenging for the reluctant seven-year old). You would also likely be picking up the youngest child from daycare, which is just a short walk away. Some light housework, such as kitchen cleanup, laundry, sweeping, minimal meal prep, would be involved but priority is always given to caring for the children; we know how demanding that task can be!
