Hello, We are looking for a nanny for our 6 1/2-year-old daughter. We have a modular home available on our property. For this, we would like to offer free rent in exchange for nanny services. We are looking for roughly 32 hours per week. During the Summer: Monday - Thursday from 12:30 - 5 pm Saturday - Sunday from 10 am - 5 pm (Day off is flexible.) When school starts: Monday - Thursday from 4 pm - 8 pm Saturday - Sunday from 10 am - 5 pm (Day off is flexible.) Ideally, we are looking for a family with a daughter from age 6 - 8, as we’d love for our daughter to have someone to play with. You would be able to watch our daughter along with your child. This is an ideal situation for a young family or a single parent. Water and hydro would be included. The home is 1,000 square feet, 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom with in suite washer and dryer. With parking, and a small storage shed in the back. The home has a backyard with a patio, and you would be able to use the vegetable garden on the property if you wished to do so. We live on a private equestrian property in South Langley on acreage. Nanny duties would include meal prep, children’s laundry, keeping the play room and child’s bedroom tidy. And cleaning up after any messes made in the kitchen, and sometimes running the dishwasher. Cats are ok, and small dogs below the knee are ok. Non-aggressive breeds no more than 20 pounds.
