Most important role is that we all get along well. We run a kind, fun, polite and understanding household and I'd like that to maintain. Must have long term nanny experience with multiple newborns. Duration: Long term. We want someone to grow with our family. Hours: Flexible schedule required as some days will be 5-6 hour days while others will be 8 hour days. Open to coming last minute should something come up. Description: Housework General tidy up, dust/mop/sweep once weekly, laundry washed and put away, dishes, garbage out, keeping charge of stock (diapers, wipes, baby detergent etc) maintaining groceries list as well. Baby needs: feeding baby, changing baby. Maintaining a healthy nap/tummy time schedule.
