Days to early evening when he's not napping, you will need to encourage movement, engage in conversation and, evening/night is when attention is most necessary to encourage good sleep habits and ensure reduced mental deterioration. Looking for 2 PSWs (with references, please) willing to work a combination of afternoons & evenings - afternoons can vary from 3 to 5.5 hrs but will be regular and consistent & overnight are 12 hr shifts).
