My husband and I are hoping to find someone who is gentle and patient to help take care of our 3 children. We have three girls, 11, 7 1/2 and 4 1/2 years old. We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, kind, and playful. We are looking for someone who will actively engage the children in play, not just watch them. They love to do arts and crafts, play games, play outside, go to the pool, zoo, etc. Being able to drive the children to and from activities, is a must. We require you to have a valid driver's license. We are able to provide a car, for you to use, to transport the children to and from activities. Our home would benefit from someone who understands and practices attachment parenting or gentle parenting or positive parenting techniques. We would hope to find someone who has childcare experience. Excellent communication skills and being able to work as a member of a team are very important. We are looking for someone who will be able to care for the children and help with simple household tasks such as helping with meal time, and tidying up during the day. Caring for the children is always our first priority. We have a part-time housekeeper, who is responsible for cleaning the house and doing the laundry. This position will be declared. Our current needs are Tuesday 11:30-6:30 Wednesday 1-6pm Thursday 11:30-6:30 Friday 10:30-6:30 Our needs may increase or change slightly from week to week. We have some flexibility at the beginning and the end of the day, depending on my husband's work schedule. Availability on some weekends, would be a bonus.
