We are searching for an experienced housekeeper to work in a private, executive home in Puslinch, ON. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, an excellent eye for detail, and willingness to take initiative. A vulnerable person screening, criminal record check and a clean driving abstract will be requested. This position is suitable for someone seeking a long-term position with flexible hours.
The responsibilities will include; general housekeeping (tidying up, bathrooms, kitchen, garbage, dishes, etc.), deep-cleaning (floor to ceiling, wall to wall, fridge clean out, oven clean), general household shopping (groceries & household goods) & laundry (wash, dry, iron & fold/hang). Compensation will be based on experience and skills.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Clean home in a timely and organized manner (tidying every 2nd day, cleaning x1 weekly)
• Make beds daily & washing linens weekly
• Dust all rooms and furniture
• Clean bathrooms & kitchen
• Sweep and mop floors. Vacuum carpets and rugs thoroughly
• Maintain housekeeping supplies assigned, replenishing any items as required
• Pick-up household groceries
• Pick-up & drop-off dry cleaning
• Complete household laundry (wash, dry, iron, fold/hang)
• Respond to requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Additional duties as assigned by the Home Owner
