Your main duty would be to help our 12-yo daughter to be successful in life. She is very dependent on mom and homeschooling has developed an even bigger disdain for schoolwork than before. Experience with anxiety, selective mutism, avoidance, and some obsessive behaviours, PATIENCE as well as COMPASSION are absolutely essential for this job. We are also expecting stellar communication skills and trustworthiness with reliability. If you could commit to long-term employment, that would be perfect. In detail, she needs help with the organization of school work but also of her belongings, establishing and following structures, going over, repeating, preparing and turning in school work on time and with reasonable effort. From time to time we may ask you to cook easy meals and to clean her room with her. Especially school work is usually facilitated by play, crafts, walking the dog, playing outside, any type of physical activity or meditation, so we expect you to be flexible and appropriate in your choices.
