Looking for a live-in or live-out nanny/mother's helper to care for two young boys (1 year and 4 years old), full-time and long-term. Start date will likely be in September 2020. The candidate must be experienced, flexible, hard-working, trustworthy, easy-going, kind, respectful of the family, have a friendly and open personality, genuinely enjoys caring for children and willing to help my boys learn and play. Housework and cooking/meal prep is expected. I prefer a candidate who is a strong swimmer and enjoys both indoor and outdoor activities. If we establish a great relationship we treat our nannies like family. I will be working from home and interacting with my kids throughout the day so I am looking for someone I can get along with who will respect the way I raise my kids, how my house is run and who would like to help as much as possible. My family has had two nannies who we worked well with and we treated them like gold. I am posting early to allow time to find a perfect fit. It is very important for me that my children do not have to adjust to too many nannies. I'd like this nanny to be long term.
