My wife Jenn and I are looking for some childcare help for our 3 children. Currently, we both work full-time from home and have been caring for them over the past couple of months as they've been out of school and daycare. Jenn had been working from home with our youngest who's now 1.5 years old, but now it's all of us and our kids aren't getting the attention they need (and demand at the most awkward times when we're on business calls lol). We are looking for someone who could come to our home and care for the kids while we work from our basement office. We're looking for help in the following areas; prepping snacks/lunch, tidying up after snacks, playing with or planning activities for them outside when nice, indoors when not, reading, and maybe help with homework. Ideally, we're looking for help 3-4 hours per day, 5 days a week in the morning (approx 8am-noon or 9am-1pm) until school goes back in. Our girls are Olive (6 1/2), Norah (4 3/4) and Willa (1 1/2).
