Hi, My name is Rekha and I am seeking a Part-Time Nanny to work with my children ages 8 and 6. I'm looking for someone on a long-term basis that can develop a meaningful relationship with the kids. I believe in child-led education so I would love someone who is creative, takes initiative, and takes the time to understand children's interests and passions and helps fuel their thirst for knowledge. I've been homeschooling them myself for the last year and would love someone to help with projects, be active with them and teach them in areas you are passionate about yourself (since we all have different talents). They are great kids- very curious, loving, funny, and usually make the best out of every situation. We have a solid homeschool routine in place already so I'm looking for someone to help the kids through their routine during the day so that I can start focusing on my work again.
