My name is Chris, My wife, Jill, and I have a 9 month old boy. We both work full time, Jill runs her own company and sometimes works from home, but also has an office downtown. I had some time away from work due to the pandemic. Prior to that we did have a nanny, but she is not available for us anymore. We live on a 10 acre farm on Blenkinsop. Jills parents also live on the property, and Granny usually helps out a couple of days a week. We are looking for a part time nanny. On average it will be 2-3 days a week, between Tuesday and Friday, Hours would be roughly from 10am to 5-5:30pm. Our boy, Remy, is really becoming quite active, he likes to be on the move, is just starting to stand and most likely will be walking soon. He currently naps twice a day, for a combined 3 to 4 hours. We live on the Lochside trail, and by Mt. Doug, so we usually take him on a couple of walks a day in the stroller or front carrier (weather permitting). We are working on introducing solid foods at meal times and snacks. We are hoping that the Nanny we do find will not be short term, we hope to have someone that is able to be with us for a while to provide some consistency.
