The employee will be mainly working as a Nanny providing care for the employer’s kids (two boys; 7 and 2 years old).
Terms of employment:
Full-time (40 hours per week) for a period of two years, to be renewed by the employer.
The employee is expected to carry the following job duties:
Supervise and care for children, including, bathe, dress and feed children.
Plan, prepare and serve meals for children and perform other housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, cooking and others.
Oversee children’s activities, such as meals and rest periods, as instructed by employer.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
Instruct children in personal hygiene.
Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
Skills Requirements (includes education and work experience):
Completion of secondary school.
Completion of a training program in child care or a related field is an asset.
Child care or household management experience, and demonstrated ability to perform the work required.
