Hello! Are you a happy person who can care and love my children like your own?? Will you share your knowledge and ideas with me regarding our children’s growth needs? Are you comfortable with working with families with diverse cultural background/different languages?? Will you teach my children what you love?? We’re looking for a right person who can help our family with childcare & some light household duties. Both my husband and I are in the healthcare and we have been added with extra duties at work lately. We are trying to ask your help to strengthen our support system for our kids. I work Mon-Fri, and my husband works Tue-Sat. If you’re available for few hours on Sat, we’d appreciate it very much. But if you’re the right fit and you are not available that’ll work too. All I’m looking for is a right person for our children! We have soon-to-be 5 years old “sensitive” boy who is very excited to start the Kindergarten in the fall & a very active tomboy 2.5 girl. My daughter was born with hearing loss so wears the device throughout the day. If you’re keen to learn about it we’d appreciate it very much (but obviously it’s not the primary requirement). Both attend daycare right now, but I’d like to shift them to having a nanny at home. Depending on your schedule, we’ll be happy to keep them at daycare few times a week, but ideally I’d like to keep our younger one with you and maybe attend a shorter program (preschool). Ideal nanny for us - is available for [Tue-Friday] flexible hours between 10-17:00 & sat morning if possible(not requirement) - will bring him home when school is done - watching him at home if Kindergarten is offered part-time and requires some work at home (via zoom?) - is comfortable with communicating with K teacher regarding his assignment or any take-home activity (if any) - is comfortable / knowledgeable with public school system - will feed him lunch and snacks - will watch the younger one when her daycare is closed - is comfortable with helping younger one with potty training (when the right time comes) - will manage small cleaning/meal prepping duties if you have time while watching the older one at home - can help me with meal plan!! Our priority is to provide a caring environment for our children. We want them to grow happy and learn new things. We also want them to know that there are people out there who are so caring and loving like you! Because we don’t have extended families here, we want someone who can treat our children like your own. I grew up in the big extended family back home and remember how nice it was to have a non-family grown-up person to go to for fun and support. I want my kids to have a person like that. We live in such a lovely nature-oriented neighbourhood that there are lots of walks close by. The townhouse we live in has a small play area for kids as well.
