We are a family looking to hire a long-term professional full-time nanny. We have 3 boys (ages 5 months (Jan 2020), 2 years (June 2018) and 5 years (February 2015)). All children are healthy with no allergies/illnesses. Radek, my husband, works from home as an engineer and I am a physician. Our hours of care that we require are approximately 7:30 – 4:30 pm daily. On occasion, we do require additional hours (either earlier in the morning (6:30am) or later into the evening (5 or 6pm). Organization of our family and household is important to us- so part of the nanny role will be helping with this. The role will involve home management. We are both from London, so do have some family support in the city who are available to help in the case of emergency or unanticipated care. Our eldest will hopefully be attending Frere Andre (full French) SK in the fall. We are planning on having the younger two siblings at home. We are both English speaking. Childcare Expectations: • Preparing meals/snacks, as well as lunches • Transporting children (we can provide a vehicle for this, as long as you have a valid driver’s license) • Children’s laundry • Supervision of online learning as required • Help with homework • Running errands • Occasional supervision of children’s friends • Planning age appropriate activities for children • Toilet training support for younger brothers • Bathing/helping with brushing teeth as required • Napping children • Tidying/toy organization/cleanup • Conflict resolution/discipline of brothers • Adherence to no-screen time policy with the except of educational requirements for our eldest • Loving/caring demeanor with the boys and being a role model for building trusting respectful relationships • Swimming supervision (we have a pool) • Outdoor play/activites Housekeeping Expectations • Online ordering/delivery of groceries and childcare supplies (diapers/wipes/etc) • Keep kitchen tidy during work hours • Sweep kitchen floor daily • Mop kitchen floor weekly • Run/empty dishwasher daily • Family laundry/linens/towels • Empty kitchen and diaper garbage as required • Tidy children’s bedrooms (encourage them to take responsibility for this) daily
