We are a fun family of 4, with 2 children (1 year old and a 4 year old) and small dog. We are looking for a nanny to take care of our toddler during weekday mornings (9am-1pm) and occasionally our 4 year old (he will be in Kindergarten so care will be needed for days off, etc.). Ideally, this would be a long-term relationship, where we can have this arrangement for a 1-2 years with the additional weekend help (e.g., date nights).
