Hello My name is Jessica, I am married to Mark and we have 3 kids, Jackson (6) our sweet son, Margot (4.5) our fun loving daughter, and Luke (3) our shy blue eyed baby (not a baby anymore!). In September, our three kids are starting daycare, pre-school, and 1st grade this fall in Outremont. I'll need help (as I work mostly from home) around the house with some cleaning, but also doing pick ups, driving to activities and cooking!!!!! I do have a person that comes in to clean half days a week (big house!) she has been with us forever and she is like the grandma of the house! So she does the deep cleaning (bathrooms and floors and laundry. But for sure there is still all the other cleaning which I would expect you help with! Kids clothes, toys, things to organized around the house...and the more we work well together, I could give you more Assitant like tasks (like help me make photo books and set s for parties etc and things like that! Hours for now I think something like 7-5pm Monday to Thursday. Friday could be off or flexible. And for sure if kids are all healthy and in school and if you want time off during the day and want to come back in evening to babysit and help me put kids to bed we can move hours around! I would like someone who has good work ethics and who is friendly and smart. I offer a good salary because I am hoping for a good candidate. In the past my nannies that have left (one went back to Mexico to finish baking school there, another one back to US to finish a masters degree, and my recent one is going back to school full in September). I have always revised their salaries every 6 months and given raises when they were doing a great job.
