I am looking for someone to help me with my three kids (soon to be 12, 8, and 3-mostly potty trained). They will be living with me every other week. I am gone to work for about 9hrs/day (including driving time). I need someone to care for my youngest during that time, and also to drive the older kids to and from two nearby schools. During weeks when they are with their mom, I may need you to help her to get them to school by picking them up from her (either at the university where she works, or at some other place convenient to her) and take them to school in the morning, then pick them up in the afternoon and return them to her. Most days, she will be available right after school, but some days, they will need to be watched for an hour or so before she would be ready to take them. Total time on these days will probably not be very much, but I will be fair and take into account the added drive time you would have as a result.
