We are a family of 4 with two parents who own their own businesses. Our boys are 2.5 years and 11 months old. Tony (dad) is a carpenter and Becky (mom) works in sales and spends about 40 of the work day in a home office. We are looking for someone to be like a second mom to our boys. There is a potential that we will expand our family in the future so it is important that you are comfortable with newborns as we would like this to be a long-term situation. We are looking for a loving, caring nanny to take care of our two boys on a daily basis. We would also love some light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, etc. when there is time but the priority should be keeping our boys happy. We expect that the boys are taken outside daily (unless the weather is especially nasty) and are fed healthy meals. We are looking for a nanny Monday through Thursday, 8 hours a day with the other 8 hours to be flexible (sometimes on a Friday but other times in evenings or on weekends). Becky works a teachers schedule so there are many opportunities for vacation during school holidays. We are looking for a nanny for 10 months of the year but are willing to pay a salaried position split out over the full year if needed. We have a developed basement with entertainment area, bar (including sink and fridge), full bath and bedroom which all would be available for a live-in nanny if that was preferred or a live out nanny situation would also work.
