Elderly gentleman (87) returning home after long hospital stay needs assistance transitioning wheelchair to bed, wheelchair to bathroom, some walking in walker. He and his wife (85) will require assistance with some meal preparation and perhaps general housekeeping duties. Part time hours to start but will increase and in future a consideration of live in care. Dad is being released from hospital next week and will have some support hours from healthcare for an unknown length of time. In condo in Don Mills, North York, near the Shops at Don Mills.
