We are a rambunctious crew that is always on the go. Appointments are second nature and we run a highly structured, but fun and easy-going household. We need someone who is highly skilled in cooking. We love to eat. We love different cuisines and aren’t shy to try different things. Our nanny should be the same. Someone who sees a long-term fit and is willing to spend many christmases together. We have: 2 - Two-year-olds 1 - Three-year-old 1 - 8-year-old Our children have varying special needs. The disabilities don’t slow us down and we raise the children to know they have no limits. We have nurses that provide respite care to the children and family most days of the week. There would always be a second individual, whether family or nurses to assist with the children and household duties. Primary duties would be cooking, cleaning, child care, etc The nanny should be physically fit as we live in a three-story home with 3-flights of stairs. Our home is an renovated Victorian home with nanny quarters on the third floor. There is 3-bedrooms, a washroom, kitchen, and small living room on the third floor. The nanny would occupy one of the bedrooms on the third floor. We would adequately train the nanny on the medical needs of the children. Our philosophy is that if you’re willing to learn, we would take an inexperienced nanny, over someone who is stuck in their ways. This is a 40 to 50 hour per week position with negotiable days off. We are not willing to sponsor at this time. Salary is negotiable. We are willing to pay up to $3,400 CAD per month for a carefully skilled nanny.
