We are a busy farming family looking for someone to help out with the children and house. We have three children 4 years, 2 years and a 4 month old. We are really looking for someone long term, someone that will stay as the children grow. We are looking for someone that is loyal and looking for adventure. Our life is extremely busy and due to our lifestyle need someone that is adaptable. My top priorities in a caregiver - 1. Someone that enables me to be able to spend more quality time with my children. *Willingness to take initiative with the household work/food prep so that I have more time to just enjoy my children for a little while every day. 2. Someone that can feel comfortable looking after three children on their own when I’m not around to help. 3. Someone that makes my children excited to have them around and helps my children feel secure.
