We used to have au pairs and loved them so we would love to have another live-in nanny. Due to Covid, it must be someone already local in Canada. We are a fun-loving family and would love to have a nanny join our family. We are both real estate agents and work a lot of evenings and weekends so we need someone who is ok with that, and having days mid-week off instead. We are very flexible and mindful to not overwork our nanny and make sure she will have her own time as that is important as well. Our son is 3 years old (currently in daycare), and I am due around Christmas with baby boy #2. I do not get maternity leave so will need someone who is ok to help with a newborn right away (not full time but here and there). We love to be outdoors and have a 2-acre property that backs onto forest hiking trails! We love biking, hiking, going to the beach, spending time at our neighbor's pool, hot tub, and spending time with our extended family and would love someone to join in everything and anything and not really treat the whole thing as a “Job”. Would be a great learning experience for someone who wants to be a mom someday too to learn about newborns and running a household etc :) I was a nanny when I was 19-23 and loved it and learned a lot.
