In search of an experienced, energetic, nurturing, stable, full-time (40 hours/wk) nanny for our two children: 22 month old boy, and 3 year old girl. We are a family of 4, both parents professionals, just moving to Victoria. Start date: as early as Oct 26 but somewhat flexible. Hours would typically be: Mon-Thurs, 8am-5pm (36 hours), plus, an extra 4 hours per week for indirect childcare duties such as grocery shopping and cooking for the whole family. Our kids are both outgoing and love playing outside, doing arts and crafts and reading. Duties would include taking children out daily for recreation/education/exercise, all basic childcare duties, making children 3 meals and 2 snacks per day, and doing children’s laundry, and cleaning/organizing children’s toys/gear. We would love it if the nanny has some flexibility in her schedule as there may be a small amount of variability with hours some weeks depending on parent work schedule. Having a drivers license would be a benefit but not required. Up to date CPR/First Aid and CRC required. Payment would also include benefits. Looking for a one-year contract with option to renew in future. References and CV/Resume required.
