Looking for someone who is active and willing to engage my 14 year old son who is autistic or my 17 year old son who has down syndrome and autism in physical activity in the community - biking, walking, skiing, etc. They enjoy someone who is willing to engage with him and help him have success in the community. Wanting someone that is able to work 3-5hrs on a Saturday or Sunday, flexible with the time/day - hoping for a predictable schedule if possible. Expectation would be to support one or the other boy flexibly but not responsible for both at the same time typically. Firm, Fun, kind and caring would be descriptors of a good fit!
